Attorneys Submitting Waiver of Arraignments

During the prechat questions select "Other" and enter "Waiver of Arraignment."

Once you have selected your dates, the clerk will email you the waiver form with the dates pre-populated. You will then need to fill out the form completely and e-file it with the court to complete the process.
