Mediators - Juvenile Dependency Mediation

Juvenile dependency mediators are volunteers with the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center. They have special training and experience in mediation.

The mediators do NOT:

  • take sides,
  • give advice, or
  • make decisions for others.

The mediators encourage good communication and an atmosphere of respect. They make sure everyone gets a chance to talk about their concerns. This helps people find solutions themselves.

If the parties can agree on a solution, the mediators will also help you write an agreement.
