The goals of the Small Claims Mediation Program are to:
  • Settle cases before the court hearing.
  • Reduce the number of cases heard in Small Claims Court.
  • Give parties the chance to create mutually agreeable solutions.
  • Educate parties about the benefits and power of mediation.
  • Provide experienced, skilled mediators to help parties reach agreements.
