The Small Claims Advisor provides resources and answers to specific questions which the participant is unable to find through other sources.  You may wish to consult our small claims home page and the information recorded on the Small Claims telephone system (650) 261-5100 option 6 before speaking with the Small Claims Advisor. Consulting any of these sources may answer all of your questions.
